Superb
- Perfect location. 5 minutes from the beach, 10 minutes from the old town, 15 minutes from the train station. There's even a bus stop in front of the building with a free bus service going around the city. You can see the sea from the balcony. The adjacent railway was surprisingly not a problem at all-of course you could hear it, but the soundproofing is really good and we had a very good sleep. - All the rooms are spacious and there's plenty of storage space for clothes and other stuff. - There's a Nespresso coffee machine in the kitchen. Proper stove and all kinds of dishes-easy to cook dinner for the whole family. Btw there's a fish market in the old town :) - Many electrical outlets in all the rooms and different kinds of lighting. - Fast and reliable wi-fi.
- The air conditioning had super complicated settings. It took us 2 days to get it running properly, so that it wouldn't keep turning off or keep switching to different kinds of modes. And none of this information was included in the provided manual. But in the end we got it running and we could have a really comfortable sleep even during the crazy heatwave :)
