We had a lovely break away but it would have been nice if we could have looked out of the window
The location was great. It was spacious and clean.
We were very disappointed we couldn't see out of the patio windows as they were all frosted /seal broken over so couldnt enjoy the view. The security entrance was not secure as you could just push the door open. Which resulted in some local children entering the building as they knew it was open. The lights in the main stair way didn't work. I wish there was a washing up bowl. The mirror hooked over the bedroom was really annoying every time you opened or closed the door it banged. Couldn't work out which Internet to use. We couldn't get the oven to work as you couldn't see any temperatures. A welcome pack with information of how everything worked, local doctors, dentist, shops, restaurants etc would have been helpful.

Good spot, excellent value, with a few small foibles,very clean.
The property was spotless. Cleaning company must do their jobs well. Good location.
Furniture was very uncomfortable to sit on. Fridge and freezer badly wanted defrosting and the door on the freezer compartment was broken. The clip on mirror on bedrooom 2 door clattered every time the door was opened. We took it off the door and put it by side of wardrobe. These are very minor points but i dont think id rsnt the flat again because y back needs more comfort than furniture can provide.

Great location, needs better beds and furniture . . .
The location was great. On the Marina and near cafes and restaurants. The apartment was clean and living/diner/kitchen area was large. Well equipped.
Info on booking.com wrong for keycodes and gentleman on end of phone could not be understood. Incredibly annoying after 6 hr awful journey. I believe this has been rectified. Housekeeper contacted us and resolved the problem in the end with quick phone call. Their number should be given as contact instead of who is already on it, as waiting over half an hr was just making us so cross and fedup! Bedrooms! Bed ridiculously small for a double and with way too much furniture in such a small space so felt very cramped. If you're both skinny size zeros, you'll just about have room to turn. No bedside table on left side because of a laundry cupboard - why?? The two singles were very dodgy and didn't look like they'd take much weight. Believe me a much bigger, quality bed and less wardrobe, TV table, laundry cupboard would improve this massively. Sofas were uncomfortable also. This could have been so much better. Kitchen basin tap was loose.
