Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Conveniently located just a 1/2 mile off hwy 85, just 7.5 miles from downtown Greenville. Located on private GRAVEL driveway as part of a 12 acre estate.

New build- 2022. Private GRAVEL driveway on 12 acre estate, just a 1/2 mile off 1-85.
Sleeping area:
3 bedroom, 1 bathroom
Bedroom 1- king bed
Bedroom 2- bunk beds
Bedroom 3- queen bed
*pack n play, jumparoo, bumbo and air mattress available upon request
Kitchen:
Oven, microwave, fully stocked with pans, pots, cooking utensils, plates, and dishwasher. Table for 6 with 2 additional seats at the kitchen island.
Living room:
Enjoy sitting and relaxing in any 4 of the lazy boy recliners while you watch your favorite show on Netflix or Disney plus. To the side is a a small desk for those traveling for work.
Living space is on second floor so not handicap accessible.
