Superb apartment of 60m2 on the first floor equipped for 4 people, fully air-conditioned. A magnificent exterior of 200m2, with private swimming pool completes this exceptional property.

Located in the secure park of the Font Mourier estate, you will benefit during your stay from access to the tennis court, you will also have access to the swimming pools of the estate.


Very nice bright apartment of 60 m2 for 4 people in the area of Font Mourier.

The accommodation has a bedroom with a 160x200 bed and a very large dressing room in the adjoining room. The shower room is equipped with a shower, a cabinet with a sink, a mirror, a toilet and a washing machine.

A large living/dining room completes the property with a fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, Nespresso coffee machine, blender, electric hob, oven, microwave as well as everything necessary for the kitchen). A 140x200 retractable double bed is also present in the living room.

We also provide a parking space directly in front of the accommodation for the duration of your stay and a parking space in the inner courtyard closed by a gate. Electric car charging included (Green Up plug)

You will benefit from a garden and a terrace of 200m2 in total with a beautiful private swimming pool (salt), 2 deckchairs, a dining area with a plancha.

Linen provided for the entire duration of the stay (no change during the stay unless prior reservation at an additional cost):
- 1 fitted sheet per bed
- 1 duvet cover per bed
- 2 pillowcases per bed
- 1 bath towel per person
- 1 bath mat
- 1 dish towel

DURING YOUR STAY:

--> To warn us in case of Damage or Breakage.

--> Clean the Plancha with each use.

--> Be sure to close the Electric Blind in case of Wind to avoid breaking it.


BEFORE YOU LEAVE! We kindly ask you:

--> Empty all Garbage Items in the Accommodation before your Departure.

--> Gather all Sheets and Towels in one Place (returning them to a normal state of use).

--> To replace the objects and furniture moved during your stay to its original place.

--> To Clean and Store Dishes and Empty the Dishwasher.

--> Cleaning Appliances (Hob, Oven, Microwave, Refrigerator, Toaster, Plancha, Coffee Machine, Blender ...).

--> Make the Sanitary Facilities Clean.

--> To Throw Away or Take All Opened Food

In the event that the accommodations are made dirty we charge you the following rate: 100€ on departure from the premises in addition to the mandatory cleaning fee on arrival.

In case of loss of the given keys/badge, the breakage of a key/badge or the lock, the costs of changing the lock and duplicate keys will be borne by the traveller.


The supermarket is about 500m away, the beach about 2 km away and the beaches of Ramatuelle 15 minutes away. The marina of Cogolin is 1 km away.

Le Mazet is ideally located. You will have nearby:
