Welcome to L’Océanaise, a little slice of paradise in Soulac-sur-Mer, where everything can be done on foot, by bike… or even barefoot 🩴! Forget the car – here, life flows to the rhythm of the waves and warm sand beneath your feet 🏄♀️🌅
🚲 A bike path runs right in front of the house, perfect for exploring the area, heading to the nearby beaches if ours somehow doesn’t charm you (though we doubt it 😉), or taking a leisurely ride into town – just 800 meters away (10-minute walk) – with the sea breeze in your hair 🌬
🏄♂️ Surf lovers, rejoice! A popular surf spot is just down the street. The ocean is literally less than 100 meters away – grab your board and hit the waves like a local 🌊✨
🌴 The accommodations:
Each rental is a garden-level apartment with a private terrace and entrance, ideal for a couple with children (up to 4 guests – 2 adults + 2 kids) or for a group of friends. + 3 guest bedrooms all inclusives available for one or several nights. Breakfast is served every day.
It features:
🛋 A bright living area with a fully equipped kitchen: fridge, microwave, mini oven, induction cooktop, coffee maker, kettle, toaster…
🛏 Two bedrooms: one with a double bed for the parents, and one with bunk beds for the kids.
🚿 A bathroom with shower + separate toilet.
🌿 A private outdoor area with table, parasol, and barbecue – perfect for long summer evenings under the stars.
🅿️ Free street parking available just outside.
📦 Bed linen and towels are not included, but can be provided upon request.
🗓 Weekly rentals (Saturday to Saturday) in July & August. During the off-season, feel free to reach out for shorter stays (2–3 nights, etc.):

Jun 29 to Jul 19: €880/week
Jul 20 to Aug 16: €980/week
Aug 17 to Aug 30: €880/week
Aug 31 to Nov 29: €560/week
