The home was very clean, everything we needed was there. Walking the dog was easy, pet clean up stations were there. Any time i communicated with the leasing company i got prompt courtesy awnsers. I will look at staying here each time we visit family in town.

Condo was clean and as stated. Condo sleeps 6, but only 5 plates, 4 bowls and 4 coffee mugs. No rugs to wipe shoes on entry (sprinklers ran 2x a day, so shoes wet/muddy). Unfortunately, we planned to BBQ Saturday night (grill stated in description) the propane tank was empty! This should be checked before every rental. This was extremely disappointing

We enjoyed our stay here. Location was good was close to shopping, restaurants and access to the freeway and close to Grand Rapids airport.
We have allergies to toxic cleaning products and we informed the landlord prior to our stay and the home did not smell. We noticed many small ants in the kitchen and on the floor. We swept them all away. The garage door was noisy and when we used the remote opener at times it would not close unless we used the inside opener on the wall. It was inconvenient. We notified the landlord of this issue, they responded promptly but could not duplicate the issue. After they left, the problem continued. There was a leak in the master bathroom they fixed that right away. Overall a nice stay.

Our stay was for a week in July for a me, my husband, and our 2 teen boys. We were there to visit our daughter and her family who had just recently moved there.
Overall, our stay was very pleasant. House and neighborhood all appeared to be pretty new. Address would not even pull up on my car gps but did on my phone. Everything looked very clean but my granddaughters knees did look pretty dirty after crawling around on the wood floors go awhile. There was plenty of room and beds were comfortable. Water pressure in the showers was a bit lacking but not enough to cause issues. There was an item that was broken when we arrived and I notified the property manager and they were very responsive.
The only real complaint I have and it is just more of a suggestion is that the check out instructions were not listed clearly anywhere. We did receive instructions after we confirmed our check out but we had already left the property when we completed our check out on the app. Luckily we had done everything that was listed.
I would definitely stay at this location again.
