We were wowed by the size, layout and decor of the place. Very thoughtful touches and we loved it was dog friendly. It’s close enough to downtown that you can either Uber or take a 30 minute walk should you please. The area is generally quiet and safe during the day but I would recommend taking an Uber back if you’re coming back at night. We still walked out dog in the neighbourhood in the early morning and after dinner. We had a great trip and this house played a role in that. It made for a nice home base for all the eating and exploring. The neighbourhood is in walking distance to good food and bars (under 10 minutes) and has beautiful parks. Also, it’s really close to the farmers market! AvantStay was super responsive. Also, parking was right next to the house, abundant and super easy. Thank you for making this a great trip!

Property was easy to access, clean and well laid out for the couples we had. We felt we had our own space. The biggest thing was the rowdy people next to us and behind, but you can't prevent that.

The place was really nice. Much more space than the pictures showed. Very clean. Other reviewers said location not great but it’s a five to ten min Uber to basically anywhere in Nashville and Ubers are very reasonable in Nashville. Worth it.
