Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Extremely beautiful location near anything you could need and quiet neigborhood. Incredible house, very clean , modern and very spacious! Stayed over spring break-great getaway! We thoroughly enjoyed the screened in heated pool/spa area. The kids had a blast at the pool area ,playing family games and their favorite part doing s'more's at night time!
We would definitely will come back here.

The Odyssey Oasis was the perfect get away spot for my husband and I. The house is brand new and incredibly clean. We spent our days sitting poolside in the backyard while watching the wildlife in the canal behind the house. A huge plus was the facts that the beds are out of this world comfortable. The owners are very responsive to questions as well. We loved our few days stay here and would love to return again!

The home is exactly as described, the pool is great, the views of the canal flora and fauna are perfect for relaxing on a chaise. We got to meet the neighbors and they were very helpful/kind and enjoyed talking to them very much! The neighborhood is very walkable - a few restaurants are nearby which was perfect. This was a very wonderful home and offered what we needed for some R&R! Thanks Vacasa!
