Although we are unable to offer parking, there is an affordable overnight lot close by. Whether spots are available depends on demand. We know of multiple lots in the area and are happy to provide recommendations upon booking.

I stayed at this property for 4 nights while attending a conference at the San Diego Convention Center.
The unit was lovely- clean, and tastefully decorated, the bed is comfortable and it was stocked with everything you could need.
In an easy location to walk to the Convention Center / waterfront and just a few blocks off Gaslamp Quarter with restaurants and nightlife.
As noted in the ad, there is a significant presence of unhoused individuals in the area; I had no issues walking around in the daytime. I would use caution walking around alone after dark, or consider using Uber.

Nice clean apartment, well eqipped, central location and walkable. A very comfortable bed. Some noise from the streets and a bit dark in the streets at night. Overall i enjoyed my stay.

I chose this location to be downtown. The unit was nice enough. Kitchen is not nicely stocked & is cheap stuff. The neighbor noise was nonstop. Homeless people camp out right outside the entry/exit door. Parking lot wasn't easy to figure out the key. The auto light switch in the bathroom was a pain. Entry area smelled of trash and the stairwell had a moldy smell to it. The bed was too firm for both of us. The couch was comfortable, and the water filter pitcher in the fridge was nice. I have stayed at several VRBO units downtown. This was my least favorite of all of them. Sam, Jay, and Kat were quick to answer all my questions so that was helpful.
