The condominium offers a clean and safe beach with limited access—meaning you can enjoy a beach that doesn’t get crowded, even on holidays. The beach is excellent for surfing, but also for leisure. The house is fully equipped and has two large refrigerators in the kitchen. It features a gazebo with a barbecue grill and tables and chairs in the outdoor area.
The house has 6 suites and 2 half-baths, a barbecue pavilion, a generator in case of a power outage, an incredible gated community, and an incredible beach. The house features a heated pool. The housekeeper and gardener come to the house every day.
Exclusive house, access to the beach bar, private beach chairs, surfboard, and bicycles. Guests must pay 250 reais as a daily allowance, paid directly to the housekeeper.
