It appeared to be as far as I could tell, but to be honest we were there to spend Christmas with my daughter’s family so we did not use the kitchen as we ate all of our meals at our daughter’s home.

The provided accoutrements were the best we have experienced at a Vrbo. This home was in perfect condition with everything we would need to feel like we were visiting friends.

You’ll be contacted by a company called Evolve. Our contact, Jason, was friendly and quick to reply. The kitchen was extremely well stocked, and when we needed one item, he brought a brand-new one within 30 minutes.The listing doesn’t give the bedroom/bath layout (we would’ve arranged people differently). The basement has the bedroom with the 2 beds. It also has the 3/4 bath, TV room, and game table. The main level has the tub/shower bath, 3 other bedrooms, kitchen, dining, and living room.Backyard view was relaxing—perfect for morning coffee at the picnic table, with access from upstairs and the basement. There’s a charcoal grill, plenty of spices, Keurig & drip coffee makers, XL Instant Pot, baking dishes, small & large crockpots, and many serving dishes. No filtered fridge water, but good-tasting tap water, ice maker, and a treat basket with bottled water. Walmart is 10 min away.Only drawback: several upstairs doors stuck and squeaky floors made night noise. Overall A….would rent again!

This was a perfect location, size and rental for any disc golfer that may be traveling to Emporia. It is right in between Jones Park and Champions Landing in a quiet neighborhood with a large backyard. The house is very updated with all the necessary amenities.
