L’appartamento è molto bello e pulito. Il terrazzino che dà sul mare è stato ottimo per colazioni e cena accompagnate da una grande vista.
Gli utensili della cucina ho preferito lavarli prima di utilizzarli perché non avevano un odore tanto gradevole e forse sarebbe meglio lasciare ad ogni check-in delle spugne pulite e non usate dai clienti prima.

Tolle Terrasse mit schöner Aussicht.
Je nach Windrichtung gab es starke Geruchsbelästigungen (Abfluss und Fäkalien) - die kämen vom Nebenhaus - so die Vermieterin auf unsere Beschwerde hin. Das war unbefriedigend. Zudem ist die FeWo ohne jeglichen Charme eingerichtet worden und die Küchenausstattung ist unzureichend. Die Zufahrt war steil und kurvig und eine Zumutung.
