12 Apartments: Turning old into new. Over the years, the original farmhouse was converted into a guesthouse and eventually into newly renovated apartments. It was—and still is—a place to come home to, nestled in a rural setting.
The twelve apartments reflect the history of the old farmhouse and are furnished with high-quality materials and great attention to detail. Combining elegant porcelain stoneware with reclaimed wood from local craftsmen, the “Lieblingsplatz’l” will become your favorite spot.



Local Activities: Right in Bad Hofgastein, there’s always something going on—in summer and winter alike: The region offers numerous hiking trails, kilometers of ski slopes, and ski tours.
