Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely weekend at Kingston for a quick trip for our son's baseball tournament. We arrived back our second day and the condo was quite hot. We called the office and they immediately came to fix the issue. That was awesome. Unfortunately, the same thing happened the next day. It was later at night when we returned home and the kids needed to be in bed. We opted not to call the office, but had a pretty bad night of sleep given the temperature. When we departed on Sunday at 9, then temperature was 78!

What a fabulous stay! My family and I throughly enjoyed the unit and overall property of Kingston Plantation. The condo is exactly as listed and perfect for a group. Very clean, spacious and well stocked with amenities (bathroom, kitchen and beach!). Beautiful ocean views and overlooking the water park. Customer service was impeccable from early contact (I had a quick phone call the day before arrival), to check-in and check-out. We would definitely stay again!
