Exquisit 2 - Norderney

The "Exquisit 2" vacation rental is located in the "Exquisit" building, which was constructed in 2011 and contains a total of 8 vacation rentals. The apartment is on the first floor, facing the landscaped courtyard, and features a small terrace.
It is a 69-square-meter, 3-room apartment. The apartment building is located on a side street, just a few steps from the Kurplatz and the pedestrian zone.

The apartment is wheelchair-accessible and can be reached without any steps. The apartment features a spacious living room, two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds), an open kitchen, and a dining table. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a towel warmer and features underfloor heating. A washing machine and dryer are available for a fee in the shared basement. Bicycles can be parked in front of the building.

The beach is only about 700 meters away, so it’s just a few minutes’ walk. Your four-legged friend is also welcome here, as the vacation rental warmly welcomes dogs. A maximum of 1 dog is allowed (height no higher than knee-level). The dog park is located near the ferry terminal (no leash required).
