Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you, in Bénodet, this charming apartment at less than one kilometer of the beach, of a surface of 55 m ² and being able to accomodate until 6 travelers. Located on the 1st floor (without elevator), it is composed of a nice living room of 55 m², an equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms and a bathroom. We are waiting for you !

- A kitchen, open on the living room, equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, cooking plates...
- Room 1 : a double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 2 : a double bed (140x190) + a single bed on the mezzanine
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet
Outside :
- A balcony of about 5m², facing west, with outdoor furniture to enjoy the beautiful days
The apartment is ideally located in Bénodet, in a very pleasant and calm environment, near the beach. You will be close to all essential stores but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

You can enjoy active vacations or the gentle way of life of a seaside resort of the Breton Riviera, which has obtained the much coveted classification of "tourist resort". 17 km from Quimper, City of Art and History, the capital of King Gradlon, its narrow streets and half-timbered houses protected by 1500 m of walls. The neighboring towns, within a radius of 25 km, evoke a very rich economic and cultural history: Locronan, which has remained unchanged since the flourishing days of the Breton textile industry; Concarneau and its 15th century walled city, reinforced by Vauban; Pont-Aven, the city of painters where Gauguin stayed; Le Guilvinec, the first French fishing port. Offshore, the Glénans archipelago, famous for its lagoon with turquoise waters. At the end of the land ("Pen ar bed" in Breton), the Pointe du Raz, beaten by the west winds and the big swells of the sea.
