Appart. Arles Centre - Sous le Soleil de Provence

It is located on the first floor of a small building and is easily accessible by elevator.
Upon entering, you’ll find a large living/dining room with an open, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom with a toilet. Both bedrooms and the dining room each open onto a small balcony.
In terms of sleeping arrangements, it breaks down as follows:
- Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 2: 1 double bed (140x190)
- Living room: 1 double bed (140x190) (sofa bed)

All bedding is new and clean. Each bedroom has a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair.

For babies, we provide
1 travel crib + 1 high chair upon request before arrival. Sheets for the travel crib are not provided.

Sheets, bath towels, and washcloths can be provided for an additional fee for the entire duration of your stay!

for 1–2 people or 1 bed: +15 euros
for 3–4 people or 2 beds: +20 euros
for 3–4 people or 3 beds: +25 euros
for 5–6 people or 3 beds: +25 euros

If you do not wish to pay the supplement, you must bring your own sheets.
Out of respect for everyone, you may not sleep without sheets… Please be considerate of those who will be staying after you…

It is equipped with a washing machine, a dryer, and a dishwasher.
There is a traditional coffee maker + 1 TASSIMO.
Wi-Fi is free. Fiber-optic internet is installed, allowing for remote work.

IMPORTANT
The cleaning fee that is charged is used for a thorough cleaning following the health crisis. This does not exempt guests from leaving the place clean by removing the sheets from the beds and washing the dishes and cleaning the place. (We respect you; please respect us!)
Pets, parties, and gatherings are prohibited.
Bicycles are also prohibited inside the apartment.
Failure to comply with the house rules may affect the security deposit you provide upon booking.
