Villa Orange Tree is a new luxurious holiday villa situated in the village of Vinišće, just 17 km from the historical town Trogir and 23 km from the beautiful picturesque town of Primošten. This modern and stylish villa is located in a rural and quiet surroundings, perfect for a getaway with friends or family, while nearest restaurants, cafes, grocery stores and beaches are just a short drive away (3 km). The panoramic views of the turquoise sea of Vinišće bay along with the authentic Dalmatian landscapes surrounding the villa truly make an unforgettable sight for anyone staying in this unique villa.
Luxury villa Orange Tree is part of a complex of luxury villas and can also be booked with other identical luxury villas, villas Magnolia and Iris, which makes it a perfect choice for larger groups. The villa covers 169 m2 of living area, divided on ground and first floor levels. Luxuriously designed interior rich with warm tones creates the ambience of a comfortable and airy holiday home where every guest feels welcome. Villa Orange Tree has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 half-bath and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 persons.
Ground floor consists of a spacious open concept living room, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, laundry room and 1 half-bath. Ground floor has access to a covered terrace with an outdoor table where guests can dine al fresco while enjoying the view of the pool, garden and the sea.
First floor is designed as a resting area with 3 air conditioned bedrooms with king size double beds (180 x 200 cm) and seaview balconies. Master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with shower and access to the spacious covered seaview balcony equipped with outdoor furniture which is shared with another bedroom.
The outdoor area consists of a heated outdoor pool (30 m2) surrounded with sun loungers where guests can spend their day sunbathing while enjoying the beautiful view of the bay. Pool area is also equipped with an outdoor shower. Those who enjoy cooking outdoors have an electric outdoor barbecue on disposal.
