Tiled shower room with washing machine, semi-separate WC. Spacious and functional apartment. Residence with intercom. Secure parking space #40 just steps from the residence. Close to shops, 400m from the port and 300m from the beach. Petanque court 100m away. No elevator. NO PETS ALLOWED.
