NEWLY REMODELED for 2024/2025 season!!! New floors, new fireplaces, and new paint!!
This chic townhome features over 2,000 square feet of modern minimalism. The entire home is your escape from reality, with 2 private parking places directly in front.
Less than 15 minutes from Moose Mountain Ski resort and only 5 minutes from Fairbanks International Airport, this property is located on city power and water, so there is no fear of running out in the middle of the night!
Smart features include electronic locks, doorbell cameras, and Nest thermostats.
A huge foyer greets you (perfect for storing ski equipment) as you enter the property, which leads you to a giant open plan 1st floor.
Here you will find a kitchen with all essential cooking materials (pots, pans, etc) as well as a Keurig, a Mr. Coffee and a toaster oven. In the living room is a full size couch, 2 recliners and a massive 70" TV.
Adjacent to the dining room table is a breakfast bar.
The real highlight of this home are the 2 expanded upstairs bedrooms.
The Master bedroom has it's own bathroom (with a separate toilet room) and walk-in closet. The King Size bed has a memory foam Mattress.
The Second Bedroom has TWO queen size memory foam beds as well as a couch. Each bedroom features a 55" Roku flat screen TV, a work-desk and a rolling office chair.
In between the bedrooms lies a giant bathroom with a private toilet chamber, a giant shower-room as well as a built-in dry Sauna. There is no better way to melt away that Alaska cold than a sit in a sauna!

Check-in was easy. The place was spacious, however, the dining area and shower were small. Well stocked. Close to airport, however, this created noise as well as noise from the highway. Overall, it was clean, but some areas, not as much, like dust on floors and night stands/lamps. In one room, the window crank was stripped, so the window would not completely close. This must have been stripped for quite some time as the inside of the window had built-up dirt. We had no check-out instructions except to turn down the thermostats.

We booked this place last minute and really enjoyed the space and amenities. Although we didn’t spend a lot of time there because we had planned activities and meals out, we did eat breakfast there each day (kitchen well stocked). We really enjoyed the sauna.
