About this house rental
Bring the entire family and stay with us. We have 4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms, multiple gathering spaces, front porch, back deck with outdoor dining, game room, and the home is handicap friendly with a ramp to the first floor which includes a bedroom and a full bathroom.
With our multiple gathering spaces and large bedrooms, you will have plenty of space to spread out or hang out together.
We are just minutes from shopping, restaurants, entertainment, and the Spooky Nook Sports Complex.
Don`t hesitate to reach out if you have any issues that you cannot resolve.
Main Street Historic District: Located in the heart of downtown Hamilton, the Main Street Historic District is a charming neighborhood with a variety of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options. You can find everything from vintage clothing stores to art galleries to live music venues, all within a few blocks of each other.
We are also located just a few short minutes from Spooky Nook Sports Complex and from Pyramid Hill Sculpture Park. We are also close to Kings Island, Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and from Downtown Cincinnati and everything that it has to offer.
House Rules:

2. If you turn it on, turn it off.
3. If you unlock it, lock it.
4. If you break it, fix it.
5. If you cannot fix it, contact us right way.
6. If you borrow it, return it.
7. If you use it, take care of it.
8. if you make a mess, clean it up.
9. If it belongs to someone else and you want to use it, get permission.
10. If you don`t know how to operate it, ask us or don`t use it.
11. NO SMOKING. Absolutely no smoking or vaping in the house.
12. LIMIT NOISE: Please keep the noise to a minimum and be considerate of your neighbors.
13. AVOID DAMAGE: Please treat our belongings appropriately, we will charge your for damage.
14. ILLEGAL ACTIVITY: Absolutely no illegal activity in any way will be tolerated.

The property is old but well maintained, with updated amenities. It is kept very clean, both the house and the yard. There was an issue with the HVAC control at check in, but the host came right over and fixed the issue. The only real problem was prior to check in there were automated emails sent to us with links to the entrance code, etc. The links did not work. VRBO customer service blamed it on the host using a third party billing service, but when the links were clicked, it opened a screen saying there was no such reservation. This was fixed with the host. VRBO was no help, but the host was.

Very clean, quiet and easy. We had a short stay but the beds were comfy, the shower was very nice and the kitchen and couches were beautiful and accommodating.
