Dimora Bellargo is an apartment for holidays in the old town centre of Martina Franca. It`s on two floors (first and second) connected by ancient stairs and it accommodates up to 5 guests.
The holiday home is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, heating system, kitchenette with electric oven, two bathrooms, washing machine, hair-dryer and tv. Pets are allowed.

The
holiday home in Martina Franca is in an ancient building, which was
recently renovated into a characteristic and cozy home with majesting
stone walls. The peculiar stairs takes to the living area on the first
floor.
The open space is furnished with kitchenette, double sofa bed, tv. Moreover, there is a half bath with toilet and washbasin.
On the second floor there is the sleeping area, which consists of a big triple bedroom with a four-poster bed and sofa bed. Moreover, there is another bathroom, with shower and bidet.
The living room and bedroom have access to a lovely balcony with view on the town.

Dimora Bellargo is in the ancient walls of Martina Franca,
in the old town centre. The ancient town is characterized by baroque
architecture and white small street, enriched by shops and typical
restaurants. 
The holiday home is close to the trulli and the Itria Valley,
famous for its wine and food tradition, its natural and cultural spots
and the many tourist events, which make it one of the most charming
holiday destinations in Puglia.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 40 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning in the living room and in the bedroom.
