To ensure your privacy, there will be no one entering your unit after check-in--there is no daily housekeeping service and maintenance will only enter your unit with your knowledge.
We do not place you in an exact unit. This is done by the front desk staff. If you have a request for a particular floor level, please let me know! We cannot guarantee the requests, but we will certainly make the request-- and the reservation staff is happy to do their best to accommodate requests.
This beautifully decorated OCEAN FRONT 2- bedroom deluxe condo sleeps 6 people:
*king-sized bed in the main suite
*king bed or 2 double beds in the second bedroom
*queen-sized sleeper sofa is in the living room
You will have 2 full bathrooms and a whirlpool tub in the main suite. There is a shower/tub combination in the second bathroom.
Your kitchen is a full kitchen with a full-sized refrigerator, oven/stove, dishwasher, toaster, cookware, place settings, flatware, garbage disposal, coffee maker, ice maker, etc. Perfect for filling tummies before your busy day or for a relaxing meal as you wind down.
There is also a washer/dryer IN the condo. Nice to go home with clean clothes! An ocean front balcony is a lovely place to enjoy your morning coffee. :)
Other conveniences include: iron/ironing board, hair dryer, cable TV, DVD player, safe for valuables in the master closet, complimentary wi-fi, free underground and surface on-site parking for 1 vehicle, elevators, luggage carts, etc.
Guests will be emailed a guest pass for check-in several days before travel. I will be asking you for the name, address, and phone number of the guest checking-in. This person must be at least 21-years of age. IF you have name changes after you receive this guest pass, it will incur a $99 fee. Guest passes are for your safety and secure the property to your name. They are also a requirement of Wyndham.
You have full access to all resort amenities for the duration of your stay, including on your arrival and departure day.
If you anticipate an arrival after 11 PM, please contact the resort directly (phone number on your guest pass.) The resort offers 24-hour check in, but a late arrival could affect your room assignment.
You may be offered the opportunity to attend a vacation ownership meeting lasting 90 min. They may offer an incentive of free shows or gift certificates for restaurants. You are in no way obligated to attend these meetings and it is by no means a requirement of this reservation. .

What we were looking for. Had everything we needed in room. Pool and lazy river were great for the kids. Hot tub jets were broken half the time but hut tub was roomy and not crowded.

The place was exactly how described in the listing, very clean and very well equipment with what you needed. An excellent view of the oceanfront from both bedrooms. The location is close to everything you would need, Walk on to the beach, close bars nearby, etc. This location is great for family of all ages. We have 4 adults and 2 kids. The kids loved the lazy susan. The staff was very polite and accommodating. Karen and Ron communicated throughout this process. This is how all VRBO should be. Thanks for sharing your spot with us. We will be using this location again.

Stayed here with our family - two adults and 6 year-old twins- for a weekend and had a blast! The pool is awesome. The hotel is right on the beach. Elevators were quick. View was spectacular. Very nice condo.
Be sure to bring our own beach chairs and umbrellas or be prepared to rent. Beach is a bit crowded.
There are a few restaurants in walking distance.
Karen sent our fantastic info about the area. She’s awesome.
