The apartment is located next to Goya station with views of the city streets, in the Salamanca district. This apartment is the perfect option for workers and couples looking for a space that makes them feel at home in one of the best areas to live in Madrid, due to its proximity to points of interest and the characteristic tranquility of its streets.
Luminous and beautiful property with a comfortable bedroom featuring a double bed and a charming bedside table, with ample storage space in the wardrobe with interior lights. It also has a recently renovated bathroom with shower and WC, the ideal space for taking relaxing showers after a long day of work or exploring the city's wonders. The common areas of the property are characterized by their neutral decor with touches of color that bring life to the property in a sober and elegant yet cozy manner; the living room has a sofa with a television and cable to enjoy your favorite shows from the comfort of your new home, and next to it, a dining table for 4 people. The modern kitchen is open and fully equipped with all the necessary utensils to prepare your favorite recipes.
The space is characterized by being a welcoming space that will make you feel at home from the first moment and has all the amenities you need, along with excellent customer service in case you require something additional.

The Salamanca district houses the Goya neighborhood where the property is located, this district is one of the best areas to reside due to the tranquility of its streets, communication with the main points of the city, and proximity to cultural and gastronomic sites of interest.
It is also internationally known for its Golden Mile as it is a reference for fashion. Ortega y Gasset street and its surroundings are one of the most prestigious commercial areas of the city, containing boutiques of major designers and haute couture stores and accessories such as luxury items. The area also has a high gastronomic offer of renowned restaurants awarded with Michelin Stars and is home to multiple art galleries and museums such as: Archaeological Museum of Madrid or the Lazaro Galdiano Museum among others. In just a few minutes, you can also find the beautiful El Retiro park to do sports, read a book or simply delight in the beauty of its landscapes.

A few steps away, you will have Goya, Velasquez, and Lista stations from where you can access metro lines: L2 and L4 that will connect you to all points of the city or several nearby bus stations that will take you in a few minutes to the main points of interest. 1. You must sign a temporary lease contract.

Smaller than I expected. Perfect for 1 person or a couple. Internet worked excellent, but the last 5 days of my stay—no internet. Stayed for 1 month. TV channels 1-12 worked fine, but channels 13-20 COMPLETELY distorted. After Channel 20, only Music channels. Poor TV selection. Called Sharing Co. many times to complain, & nothing happened. Told them it was a problem with the transmission cable service, but no one never called Movistar to report this problem. However, NETFLIX worked fin on both TVs. Great double bed. Nice linens & towels were provided. Impossible washer/dryer in same unit was very difficult to figure out to wash clothes. Great hot water in shower came out fast. I felt very safe in this apt. at all times. Building is old. It has a lobby with sofas. Concierges are very nice & helful. They’re not there all the time, but it worked out fine. Very close to many good restaurants. Close (1 1/2 blocks) to Carrefours Supermarket (big & wonderful—2 floors). Also, 1 1/2 blocks from Goya’s Corte Ingles. The metro is also. 1/2 blocks from this apt. & also the bus stop. Calle Hermosilla is GREAT to go shopping. Quiet apt. Ugly views in the living room & bedroom that face courtyards. Always kept automatic windows closed. Good lighting in the apt. Nice refrigerator, but freezer temperature was set too high, & ice would accumulate on the sides. Overall, it was a good stay. The best things about this apt., was that I felt safe & the location.
