Located in the heart of the West Town entertainment district, this condo radiates vintage charm and features views of the Milwaukee River and downtown Milwaukee. We are located across the street from Pere Marquette Park in a thriving entertainment district loaded with restaurants and bars. One block away is the Deer District, which surrounds Fiserv Forum, home to the Bucks, Admirals, and Golden Eagles. The Milwaukee Convention Center is two blocks away.
Situated in a Cream City brick building built in 1877, this spacious 2000 sq. ft. second floor walk-up has high tin ceilings, maple floors, a private bedroom with a queen bed, along with two queen size sleeper sofas in the living area. Highlights include a gourmet kitchen featuring granite countertops, a modern vintage fridge and range, a wine fridge and modern vintage Smeg appliances. The bathroom has two sinks and a huge marble steam shower. There is also a desk for working or getting ready for a night on the town.
This location can't be beat if you enjoy the downtown lifestyle!

Fun and funky loft space above Milwaukee bar scene. Great space to host a pre-party, go out, and come back to crash. Neighborhood a bit noisy, which is a positive or negative.

One of my favorite properties I have stayed! My husband and I made a quick stop in Milwaukee for a concert on our way back home to Indiana. Really enjoyed the vintage yet upscale feel to the spacious loft! Parking is extremely convenient just steps from the front door. The shower is wonderful. The kitchen is adorable. The bed is super comfy!No complaints! Thanks Lance and Bryan!

We were so impressed with the spacious area we had, the shower was phenomenal, and the bed was a literal cloud. We walked back from our concert with no issues and would do it again in a heartbeat! This place was gorgeous and I can’t wait til our next stay!
