About this house rental

12 East Ridge Road is a brand new luxury home available to rent this Holiday season in Snowmass Village. The modern design includes an open floor plan with great room, kitchen, dining room, wet-bar, vaulted ceilings, expansive windows showing unmatched mountain views of Snowmass ski mountain and Independence Pass. Indoor/outdoor entertaining is made easy with large sliding glass doors which open to the covered patio complete with BBQ grill, gas fireplace, and dining for eight. The main floor master bedroom suite has a covered deck, private hot tub, large ensuite bathroom complete with soaking tub and expansive walk-in closets. A media room, two ensuite bedrooms, and a laundry room are on the lower level. The guest master ensuite sits on the top-level with a private deck overlooking the ski mountain.
