Entrance, living room with kitchenette, washing machine and dishes, wardrobe, a 2-seater sofa bed (140 by 190) in the living room, bedroom with double bed (140 by 190), both beds are equipped with pillows and blankets without bed linen (extra charge). Bathroom, without towels (extra charge), separate toilet, 7 m2 terrace with dining table and storage space.
For babies:
Travel cot, potty and booster seat available free of charge. Please request it when you book.

Flat screen TV, filter coffee maker and Nespresso machine, 2-burner induction hob, toaster, microwave, oven and all the necessary crockery, irons and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, cot, pot and
Baby chair booster seat available, please request it when making your reservation.
A few steps away you have all the restaurants, straw huts, mini golf, free outdoor sports, ice cream parlours, bars, rides for children etc...
You can come by bus from Perpignan train station right next to the building (name of the coast radieuse stop), no need for a car.
At your disposal a parking space. Contact me if you wish to book it.
Your arrival will be autonomous, so you can arrive at the time of your choice after 3pm. As far as possible, we can leave the apartment with you earlier than expected. We always try to accommodate our tenants as much as possible.
