HostnFly offers you this beautiful 90 square meters house, ideally located on the edge of the forest and 900 meters from the beach at the magnificent Plage des Conches.
It is ideal for a quiet vacation and can accommodate up to 5 people.
The accommodation is located in a quiet, private cul-de-sac and features a patio and large terrace with barbecue.

- two bedrooms with a double bed, a single bed and a bunk bed;
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a bathroom
- and a spacious living room.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Parking, Hair dryer, Television, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Coffee machine, Microwave, Oven.
A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveler.
Within 150 meters you will find a bread and croissant store, a bar restaurant at the end of the street that does great brunches, a famous surf spot and two large sandy beaches.
Hiking and biking trails nearby.
For your daily needs, a mini-market is available at 200 meters and a supermarket at 5 kilometers, accessible by bike via a bicycle path or by car.
Finally, the hamlet of Conches is very well located between La Tranche sur Mer and Les Sables d'Olonnes, near the Poitevin marshes and less than an hour away from the aquarium and the city center of La Rochelle.

We found the accommodation surpassing our expectations, with broad space and a very nice and clean interior as well a an inviting terrace. It’s a five minute walk to a surf lounge with food, drinks and live music and a ten minute walk to the beach while it’s located in a quiet private area. It’s for sure not our last visit as we felt very comfortable.
