• If you declined VRBO’s travel insurance, we strongly recommend purchasing your own through a third-party provider. Please note that our cancellation policy is strict, and we are unable to issue refunds for unexpected travel delays or changes, emergencies, weather conditions, illness, or any other travel-related circumstances.
• To confirm reservation, all guests must provide ID information.
• All guests should sign the additional agreement before check-in - "Guest Liability Waiver and Release"
If guest refuses to do so, the host has the right to cancel booking through support team
• No shoes in the house
• Smoking is prohibited in the house, including electronic cigarettes. Fine for violation - $1000
• All National Holidays Require 3 nights stay minimum
• Minimum booking age 25 years old.

The apartment was beautiful & clean. We loved everything about the place.

Close to Camelback...but only for two people. The rental is very small, and the couch in the living room isn't a full size for an extra couple. Maybe 3 people, but that would be tight. Watching TV was impossible due to the layout of the room. We knew it would be small, so we were okay with it.
