Welcome to the modern vacation rental “Wiardergroden”—your personal retreat in Horumersiel.
Step into a home filled with warmth, tranquility, and cozy comfort. “Wiardergroden” is the bigger sister of the neighboring apartment “Metje”—when booked together, they can accommodate up to 8 people, opening the door to an unforgettable multigenerational vacation. Yet each apartment remains its own private retreat, where everyone can enjoy their own little kingdom.
Spanning a generous 107 square meters, a light-filled living area unfolds with an open layout and a high-quality built-in kitchen.
Here, not only are delicious meals prepared, but moments of laughter, togetherness, and shared time are created.
The large dining table and the cozy sofa nook invite you to linger, while the wood-burning stove, with its warm, flickering light, creates the perfect feel-good atmosphere—pure relaxation for body and soul.
The terrace offers a view of the surrounding greenery and will quickly become your favorite spot for a glass of wine, a morning coffee, or a relaxing summer evening.
Your four-legged friend is also welcome to explore the surrounding meadows and trails—here, every day of your vacation becomes an adventure in nature.
The open wooden staircase leads you to the first floor, where two lovingly furnished bedrooms await restful nights.
The master bedroom features a comfortable box-spring bed (180x200 mattress) and a spacious closet, while the second bedroom, with a double bed (140x200 mattress) and practical storage options, also offers peace and comfort.
The spacious bathroom, featuring a walk-in shower and bathtub, turns even stormy or rainy days into little moments of well-being—your personal spa area is already waiting for you.
The utility room, equipped with a washer and dryer, provides additional convenience.
A parking space right in front of the house makes your arrival convenient and stress-free.Please note that you must bring your own firewood if needed.

Wi-Fi is a complimentary bonus and is neither part of the offer nor a guaranteed feature of the vacation rental. Due to temporary disruptions, there may be exceptional cases where Wi-Fi or internet access is unavailable. Please take this into account when making your reservation. This does not constitute a defect.
High-quality premium linens packages must be booked separately. You will need one linens package per person.
Each premium linens package contains: 1 set of high-quality premium bedding, consisting of one pillowcase, one duvet cover, and one flat sheet per bed; 1 large bath towel; 1 small hand towel; and, in addition, for each vacation rental (regardless of the number of linen packages booked) 1x shower mat (per bathroom), and 2x dish towels.
The municipal guest fee (visitor’s tax) is a public levy and is not included in the offer. The guest tax is assessed and calculated separately based on various factors that are not known to us at the time of booking. The amount of the guest tax is determined by the respective rate schedule of the relevant municipality, as well as factors such as the season, length of stay, number and age of all travelers, and, if applicable, any severe disabilities and accompanying persons. After you make your booking, we will ask you for this information and can only then calculate the guest tax due.
We are happy to offer you optional additional services such as linen packages, “Check-in from 1:00 p.m. instead of 4:00 p.m.” or “Check-out by 12:00 p.m. instead of 10:00 a.m.,” and many other services:
