Hello Sunshine is a splendid four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath townhome at the ever-popular complex of Beachside Townhomes. This home will comfortably sleep 12 and has three master bedrooms.
Enter on the first floor to a long hallway; first to the right is a laundry room with a full-size washer & dryer for your use while you are here.
Down the hall to the left is the first master BD1) complete with a king bed, nightstands with lamps, a chest, and a smart TV with Wi-Fi. The ensuite bath BA1) has a tiled shower/tub combo and a granite countertop with a sink.
Across the hall on the right is BA2) it has a tiled walk-in shower and granite countertop with a sink.
At the end of the hall is BD2) it consists of two sets of bunk beds with twin-sized beds, a chest, and a smart TV with Wi-Fi. Both of these bedrooms have an entrance to the back patio which has chairs for seating, and a propane grill for cooking the day's “catch”.
Back inside by the front door is the staircase that leads to the second level.
To the right you will find the second master BD3) complete with a king bed, nightstands with lamps, a chest, and a smart TV with Wi-Fi. The ensuite bath BA3) has a large tiled walk-in shower and a granite countertop with dual sinks.
To the left of the stairs is the open concept living, dining, and kitchen area, you will love all the open space where everyone can gather.
Also off the living area is the half bath with a charming pedestal sink.
The living area has a plush sofa that also serves as a queen sleeper, an oversized chair, two other side chairs, end tables, with lamps, and a large TV with cable and Wi-Fi.
The dining area has a fine wooden table with seating for six, and there is additional seating at the kitchen bar with four barstools.
The well-lit kitchen is well equipped with everything you need, including stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and both a regular drip coffee maker and a Keurig coffee maker.
Off the living area is a patio for you to sit and enjoy your morning coffee.
Back up the stairs to the third level takes you straight into the third master BD4) This suite has a king bed, nightstands, lamps, a sitting chair, a chest, a closet, and a TV with Wi-Fi. There is also a private balcony off of this bedroom, for you to enjoy some quiet time.
The ensuite bath BA4) has a tiled walk-in shower and a granite countertop with a sink.
Hello, Sunshine is located just three units away from the AMAZING Pool, which is heated during the winter months, with a Waterslide and Palapas throughout. Beachside townhomes are just blocks from the beach, shops, restaurants, and nightlife.

Loved the condo! Lots of room, cold A/C, well stocked kitchen! Nice walk or quick drive to the beach. Swimming pool was super fun.

Overall our stay was great. This place is conveniently located with easy 5 min walk to beach and short ride to several bars and restaurants. I do have some suggestions to have adequate kitchen items for all quests, only 9 forks left as well as bowls etc. The grill did not work, but the guys were able to fix to allow grilling. Pillows could use replacing in some bedrooms. The pool code for one of the numbers was indented thus difficult to enter the pool area - did report on the first day and was not addressed during our entire stay.

Friends sharing friendship. Three couples wanting a bit of an ocean solice. Time to share, relax and enjoy. The townhouse was great. The steps were a bit of a challenge for older ppl with knee issues but we all managed. We were able to spend some beach time, pool time and sharing time around meals and games.

After our initial trip was cancelled due to the hurricane, we were so excited to find a beautiful place last minute! The pictures of the property are great, and overall we were happy with our stay, but we did encounter some disappointing issues. The downstairs bathroom had water damage and mold on the ceiling, the rugs throughout the property were filthy and discolored, the 2nd floor bath had extreme water damage where the floor was giving in, the door knob on the 3rd floor patio came off and would not stay on, we found a hairbrush that had been missed from a prior guest and the bedding/pillows were average at best.
Our family had a great time and I would like to recommend this property if these issues were addressed and cleaning was better managed.
