We furnish a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Small dishwasher soap, small dish soap, trash bags-2, small washing machine powder, liquid hand soap in bathrooms, kitchen sponge, each bathroom has one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen.
*************IF YOUR RENTING A GOLF CART************PLEASE NOTE ON YOUR GOLF CART RENTALS: The Prominence HOA has only one company you can rent a golf cart with on the Prominence property. The exclusive provider for Prominence is 30A Gulf Carts, contact is Adam. Security does enforce this strict policy. If you rent a golf cart from another provider, they will make you remove the cart and fine you a $100 per day until the cart is removed.
"Salt Air" bike rental shop is located across the street at The Hub/Big Chill for Bike Rentals.

WHILE IT IS POPULAR, THERE ARE A FEW THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND: THERE IS A SMALL PARKING AREA AT THE ACCESS (APROX. $3 FOR PARKING) BATHROOMS ARE ALSO AVAILABLE AT THE ACCESS. THE WALK FROM PARKING AREA TO THE BEACH IS A BIT LONGER THAN MOST AREA ACCESS. IMPORTANT - BECAUSE THIS IS A STATE PARK, AND NOT A WALTON COUNTY BEACH ACCESS, ALCOHOL IS NOT ALLOWED. SANTA CLARA: SANTA CLARA IS A WALTON COUNTY BEACH ACCESS LOCATED NEAR BRAMBLE GROVE ROAD, ABOUT 3.5 MILES TO THE WEST OF PROMINENCE. THIS IS A SCHEDULED STOP FOR THE PROMINENCE FREE BEACH SHUTTLE. PARKING AND BATHROOMS ARE ALSO AVAILABLE AT THE SANTA CLARA ACCESS. IF YOU TAKE THE PROMINENCE SHUTTLE, PLEASE NOTE THAT THE HOURS OF OPERATION ARE 9 AM TO 3 PM.

This is our second family vaca in this house. We love the location and roominess of the house. It’s our 4th year in Prominence. You can’t beat the location and the Big Chill. This house is large enough for our big family. Clean, comfy beds, everything we needed!

We loved our stay at the Big Blue Beach House! Great location near the Big Chill for the guys to keep up with the game. Most of the crew enjoyed to TurkeyTrot on 30A. We were able to snag two fresh turkeys Wednesday afternoon at the Publix nearby. Loved Black Friday sales in Seaside. Fun shopping in Rosemary Beach. Loved the house-perfect for our crew of eight. Kitchen was great. Will definitely want to stay at the Big Blue Beach House in the future!❤️

We had a very nice day… This was the second time we’ve stated this property… There are a few things that needs to be brought to the owners attention… Upstairs …the ventilation is not great ..the third bedroom which has the adjacent bath… It stays really hot in that room And is uncomfortable at night
The front doors do not shut well and many times we would come home and they would be open or at night when we woke up in the morning they would be open… even after locking…Very unsecure!
Also, you could use some wine glasses in the kitchen… I mentioned this last summer when we stayed…
Overall, we enjoyed the property and we enjoy staying there…
