This Tower 4 Portofino condo was remodeled/reconstructed completed in May 2025 and is now ready for rental guests. You will love the open living space with all new furniture, bedding along with new appliances in this condo. The kitchen is state of the art with a full wall of additional storage space not to mention the double ovens, induction cook top, and all new high-grade appliances. You will love the leather den chairs that are so comfortable and the new wall mounted TV for entertainment. The showers are exceptionally beautiful and well crafted. After a long day on the beach arrive back at your vacation retreat to relax on the patio while taking in the view of the sound and the Gulf. Enjoy cooking steaks or Florida seafood on our brand-new electric grill.

Great location and good unit but shower door was broken and has been that way a while. For the price point, repair and maintenance should not be lacking. Also, not having a blender at a tropical beach location is a huge oversight on the owners part. We enjoyed our stay but owner should perform an annual review of their property to catch the little things the management company is not responsible for. As a VRBO premier host with multiple properties, I believe the host can’t be 100% hands off if your goal is five star ratings.

We spent four days at this beautiful property to get away and have some down time from work with our children. The property was so nice and had a warm, inviting feeling. It also was stocked with much of what we would need. My husband also commented on the wonderful array of spices they had so that we could cook up some fresh fish. The location is perfect. Close to both the bay and the gulf side, so when the wind was a little rough, the bay side still felt nice and inviting. Having the ammenities on site of a pool, restaurants, fitness facility, even and indoor swim up movie were fantastic. Definitely will stop again!

Portofino is a well appointed resort with plenty of space for everyone and lots to do. Highly recommend this unjy. View eas incredible. Large condo. Well appointed. The owner answers immediately and is very friendly and went over the top to accomodate us. Will stay with her again.

The condo was great--very clean, had everything we needed, and was comfortable. The views are the best in Portofino, in my opinion. The sunsets from the balcony are just amazing. Thank you for sharing your condo with us!
