This is a beauty!!! 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom house located in the award winning Ocean Lakes Family Campground. Two levels of covered decking.
ROKU on the TVs to stream your favorite steaming apps. Along with cable and WiFi. Fully equipped kitchen. Keurig coffee maker. Accommodates 12. Plenty of parking under the home!

All guest must register with ocean lakes upon arrival and obtain a parking pass. This is a $12 per/day/night, per vehicle fee which is paid to ocean lakes. This parking pass allows ALL visitors to enjoy ALL the amenities of the campground making this a true value.
Spend your days relaxing on the porch, swimming in the ocean or enjoying the new water park.

We take pride in our homes at Ocean Lakes by keeping them well maintained and clean for your enjoyment. The house is checked before and after each rental to ensure the house is clean and ready for next renter.
One complimentary golf cart is provided with this property. You must be 21 or older have a valid driver’s license and be staying at this property to drive the golf cart. This is a family campground and therefore only families are considered. No smoking inside the house. Please smoke outside- both upstairs and downstairs deck to relax.
Ocean Lakes Family Campground has several beautiful pools, including the new water park amenities at Sandy Harbor. A large sun deck that includes reclining chairs for sunbathing and several kiddie pools and Sandy Harbor Splash Zone. The pool deck is surrounded by landscaping and is part of the Sandy Harbor Family Fun Center with restrooms and changing areas. Enjoy a meal or snack at Sandy Harbor Cafe adjacent to the pools and Sandy Harbor Mini-Golf. Certified lifeguards are on duty during the summer season. Ocean Lakes takes great care with its pools, which are serviced daily. The “All-Seasons” indoor pool is open year round and is heated in the winter time. Water aerobics have become very popular throughout the year with guests of all ages.

AS OF 2023 Ocean Lakes Family Campground HAVE STRICTLY ENFORCED A NON ALCOHOL ON CART OR OUT AND ABOUT IN CAMPGROUND POLICY, PLEASE DO NOT HAVE OPEN CONTAINERS ON OUR COMPLIMENTARY GOLF CART. THEY NO LONGER ARE GIVING WARNINGS, THEY ARE JUST HANDING OUT CITATIONS.

Very busy, but that was expected. House was big enough for all 11, convenient to all locations. The big down side was the constant, early morning dog barking from across the street. Dogs were put outside early each morning…6:30ish, left on the porch and barked constantly.

Only complaints for this stay is lack of a proper grill and lack of cookware. If cooking for a group, I would bring your own cookware. Cutting knives aren’t up to par and steak knives aren’t there at all.

Stay was ok. No sheets on the beds. No towels or rags to wash with. Owner said we had to pay for those items, which was a bit out the norm for Vrbo rentals. Probably will never stay at this property again.
