The Space:
Inside "Coastal Escape", the coastal vibe continues with open-plan living, dining and a fully equipped kitchen featuring quality appliances and all the essentials for a relaxed stay. The space flows seamlessly onto a private deck with comfortable lounge seating, perfect for slow mornings or easy evenings together.
A spiral external staircase located on the deck leads you to the private rooftop terrace, where you’ll find a jacuzzi, outdoor dining area, daybed and sun loungers. From here, take in sweeping views from Mount Coolum across to the Pacific Ocean, the perfect setting to unwind with a drink from dusk through to dawn.
The Bedrooms:
The master bedroom features a queen bed, private ensuite, and glass sliding doors opening directly onto the balcony. Bedroom two offers a comfortable queen bed, while bedroom three is fitted with two king single beds, making Coastal Escape an ideal choice for families or groups seeking a relaxed coastal stay.

You will have exclusive use of the entire Coastal Escape apartment and rooftop terrace to enjoy. Secure garage parking is available for one vehicle. Please note, the pool is shared with other residents.
The Neighborhood:
Marcoola Beach sits between the Maroochy River and Coolum, known for its quiet, uncrowded shoreline and relaxed coastal vibe.
Every Friday evening (4–8pm) the local markets come alive with street food, music and a great atmosphere, while Saturday mornings (8am–12pm) bring fresh produce at the farmers market. The Marcoola Surf Life Saving Club is directly across the road, with great coffee spots and local eateries all within easy walking distance.
Mount Coolum National Park is just a 5-minute drive away, offering an 800m climb to the summit with breathtaking 360° views over the Sunshine Coast. Coolum is 5 minutes away, and the Sunshine Coast Airport only 7 minutes from your door.
Other Things to Note:
⚠️ The apartment is accessible by stairs only, with four flights to reach the unit. Rooftop access is via a spiral staircase from the balcony.
🚙 Garage parking available for one vehicle (maximum height clearance of 2.15m).

Great property within a quiet local area with good beach access

The location is perfect for staying the area or basing out of to go further a field. The gorgeous beach is right across the street and you can hear the ocean while enjoying a glass of wine in the evening or a hot beverage in the morning. The apartment is between the sea and Mt Coolum, both can be seen from the rooftop terrace. This is a wonderful area to relax and spend time with friends and family. The apartment had space for entertaining, enjoying meals indoors or outside, and plenty of areas to read and relax. The host was very helpful and accessible, and enhanced our stay by making check-in and out seamless. If you are looking for a quiet, cozy get away this is the place to do it. Access to the popular amusements, zoo, restaurants, shops, and natural activities is within short distance as well.
