This stunning contemporary 5 bedroom home is located in one of Noosa’s most sought after locations at Sunshine Beach.

Off the living area and through glass sliding doors, step out onto the large covered deck into the backyard bordering with lush gardens, it truly is a private oasis. With outdoor seating, swimming pool with waterfall feature and a trampoline for the kids – both big and little!
A flight of stairs will take you to the upper level that opens up to the living area and modern kitchen with state of the art appliances including dishwasher, fridge and microwave. Take in those sweeping Noosa Hinterland views on the large deck where you can sit and relax or entertain friends and family with a dinner on the Weber BBQ.
On this level is an additional 2 generous sized bedrooms - the master with a King bed and ensuite including shower and free standing bath and the fifth bedroom consisting of a Queen bed.

The house was perfect for our family of teens and furry kids. Plenty of space to enjoy time together and quiet alone time as well. The view from the top deck very beautiful.

We had a great stay at Sunshine Beach! Amazing location and the house is lovely! Pool was exceptionally helpful with the really hot week we stayed
