The apartment is located in one of the best places in Quito, close to all the tourist areas of the city. The building is modern, has a closed security system, as well as a guard at the reception and parking, 24 hours a day. The neighborhood is safe and has many restaurants around it, as well as banks, supermarkets and pharmacies.

Remodeled apartment, located diagonal to SWISS HOTEL, in one of the best areas of the city of Quito, near the Historic Center of Quito, suitable for Executive and Tourist visits in the city.
If you want to go sightseeing, you are in the central part of the city, where it will be very easy for you to move to the places you want to visit, in addition to the fact that you can find many agencies nearby that can help you.
If you want to have a little fun, you are less than 5 minutes by car from Plaza Foch, the best nightlife spot in Quito, with restaurants and fun spots for different tastes.

Another cheaper means by which you can get there, is by using the means of transportation from the airport "AEROSERVICIOS", the same one that takes you to the city for a cost of 8 dollars per person, and from the place where it leaves you, you can take a taxi to the address of the building where the apartment is located that will cost you about 5 or 6 dollars. The cheapest way to get from the airport to the apartment is by taking the public buses that pass outside the airport, which cost you less than 2 dollars (note: There are no at night), these leave you in the city at the starting point of the "ECOVÍA" buses, from where you take these buses for 25 cents and you stay at the stop on Cristobal Colón Street (better questions at the Colón stop), that transport leaves you in one of the streets of the building, if you want from there you can take a taxi that will charge you less than 2 dollars, towards 12 de Octubre Avenue (be careful, it is an avenue of uphill), or if you do not have a lot of luggage, you can walk up quietly (if you arrive at night or early morning, I advise you to take a taxi)
