This 3-room apartment is located not far from the A8 highway and is therefore just a few minutes’ drive from the trade fair grounds and Stuttgart Airport. Nevertheless, the city center of Kirchheim/Teck is within walking distance.
THE LARGE BEDROOM
The bedroom, which overlooks the terrace and the courtyard, features a large, firm double bed, a nightstand, a clothes rack with hangers, and a shelf. Two people can sleep comfortably here.
THE SMALL BEDROOM
The small bedroom, which overlooks the terrace and the courtyard, features a small bed (approx. 120x190 cm), a nightstand, a clothes rack with hangers, a dresser, and a small desk with a chair. One person can sleep comfortably here—it will be a tight fit for two people in the bed.
THE BATHROOM
A small interior bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. The bathroom is lockable.
The entire apartment features high, bright ceilings, fly screens and roller shutters on the windows, and underfloor heating. A parking space is available free of charge in the underground garage.
ATTENTION! Access to the key box is monitored by video surveillance. Of course, there are NO cameras inside your accommodation.
