The renovated vacation apartment is located in a gated apartment building. It covers an area of 70 square meters and can accommodate up to 6 people plus a baby or toddler. The bright and welcoming atmosphere features a spacious living room with an integrated dining area and open kitchen. The living room opens onto the balcony, which offers a pleasant view.
A travel crib can be provided in the first bedroom. The apartment has a separate entrance, and the hosts live right next door to assist guests as needed.
We—a friendly couple and our two children—live in the main house, while Grandma lives in another apartment.
The vacation rental is located in a very quiet residential area. The Old Town, with its historic town hall, sights, cafés, restaurants, and one of Germany’s most beautiful Christmas markets, is within easy walking distance—about a 10-minute walk (approx. 1 km). In the other direction, it’s a 5-minute walk to the forest and a 7-minute bike ride (bikes can be stored in the garage, protected from the weather and locked up, for a fee of €5 per day per bike) to the starting point of the Mi1 mountain bike trail, which begins at the cemetery.
The vacation rental is ideal for walks, hikes, and bike rides, and also offers business travelers a relaxing place to stay after a busy day. It features two bedrooms, a living room with a sleeper sofa, a dining area, a fully equipped open kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. A large, sheltered garden with seating and lounge furniture invites you to linger and offers romantic spots. The balcony and living room face southeast, while the garden faces southwest.
Amenities include a TV, Wi-Fi, refrigerator, microwave, oven, small dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, glasses, pots, and pans. For families with children, a travel crib, high chair, playpen, and various children’s toys and books are provided. These can be made available upon request, as not every guest needs them.
A parking space is available on-site or on the street, though parking is generally not an issue.
The vacation rental is an excellent starting point for motorcycle, biking, and hiking tours in the beautiful Odenwald. The edge of the forest is just about 750 meters away on foot, and the Herrmannstempel—offering a stunning view of the Michelstadt Valley—is about 1,000 meters away.

The living area of the apartment features a wall of fully glazed sliding doors, half of which open onto the southwest-facing balcony. The dining area seats 6 people, and the kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a sink, an induction stove with an exhaust hood (ventilation), an oven, a small dishwasher, a microwave with a grill function, a coffee maker, and a toaster.

We are pleased to offer you comfortable accommodations for couples, families, small groups, as well as solo travelers and business travelers. The two bedrooms can accommodate a total of 4 people, while the sofa bed in the living room can accommodate an additional 2 people. In total, the vacation rental can accommodate up to 6 people plus a baby or toddler.
Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment, but smoking is permitted outdoors.
