The property was very nice the expansive backyard was really cool just sad we didn't have more time to explore it and utilize the space for its full capacity! The home was clean and just as represented which is always a plus!!!

We stayed at the property for 4 nights as we were in town for a wedding and mini family holiday. The neighborhood is nice and close to several good Austin spots, including Congress St., local breweries, shopping, a state park, and various other things to do. The house has an interesting set up, with one bedroom (of the three) set up as a separate structure in the backyard. This was one of the best appointed VRBO’s I have ever stayed in. Geoff has thought of nearly everything: extra pillows/blankets, a corkscrew, full set of pots and pans, just to name a few. My son even found a few children’s books which he enjoyed reading while we were there. Great rental and great host.
