Located in the lovely Sonoran Hills area is this stunning Scottsdale Grayhawk property. The location in a coveted neighborhood puts you near many area activities and attractions, including golfing, sightseeing, restaurants and much more!
This stunning single-story home features 1,795 square feet with two bedrooms, an office and two bathrooms to accommodate up to six guests.
After stepping through the front door, you will find yourself in the open floor plan living area holding the living room, kitchen and dining room — all accented by 12-foot high ceilings. The space is further accentuated by the impressive wall of oversized sliding glass doors overlooking the resort-style backyard.
Living Room: This room offers comfortable furnishing including a sectional sofa, accent chairs, plus a Smart TV and an electric fireplace.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, and well appointed with touches including a tasteful granite composite sink, gorgeous staggered cabinets, and a large, single-slab granite island/breakfast bar with seating for five. There's even a lighted 48-bottle wine fridge.
Dining Room: The dining area offers seating for six guests.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Master bedroom — King bed, 50” Smart TV, private access to the backyard; the ensuite bathroom offers a two-sink vanity with a makeup area and a spacious shower.
Bedroom 2 — Queen size bed, 40” Smart TV
Office — Queen size sleeper sofa, desk area. There are pull down blind dividers to make this are more private.
Full shared bathroom offers a tub/shower combo.
Outdoor spaces:
The outdoor spaces are welcoming and include a fully enclosed sunroom that opens to the backyard where you'll find plenty of outdoor seating. Enjoy a dip in the private pool (can be heated for an additional fee). The space also boasts a propane BBQ grill, a fire pit and an outside TV. The spacious front porch also offers outdoor seating.
Note: The pool can be heated upon request prior to arrival for a fee of $95 per day. No pool heating is offered June 1- September 30. Due to the unpredictable outdoor temperatures and conditions, and pool temperatures may not reach satisfactory levels.

We checked in on a Saturday afternoon 4:30. Upon arriving at the house we found a number of issues that my wife tried to contact the management company about but was not very successful. She left a number of messages but didn't get a response.The dishwasher lower rack was missing one of the wheel sets which made the rack difficult to move in and out and put it in close proximity with the rotating spray bar making it in our opinion unsafe to use. The management company could not get it fixed in the two weeks we were at the house. We hand washed and dried everything during our stay. There was no way to light the grill until we bought a propane lighter at a local store on Saturday. The pool area needed cleaning which we did ourselves.There was one tissue in the only box of tissues in the house. We bought some on Saturday.One face towel in the master bath for two people to use for our two week stay.Power strip in the lanai was causing the GFI outlet to pop when we tried to turn on the light stings and TV in the lanai.No code or garage door opener for the property.The management company addressed the tissues and towels on Monday when they finally contacted us. I told them that I felt there was a lack of pre move in inspection by their representative because all of the above should have been found and fixed by the inspector or the management company prior to our arrival.The property itself was very nice and the kitchen was completely stocked.

Upside, great location. Downside we had to pay 95 a day for a heated pool that was heated to 95 degrees. Too hot! Then the pool was turned completely off. No pump, or sweep or heat. The rollers were broken on the dishwasher & you cant use the garbage disposal. Then the sprinkler head broke in the backyard flooding. the sitting area. Since we were only there a week nothing could be fixed before we left. We also pointed out the broken towel rack in the guest bathroom. Beds were very comfortable, and we had everything we needed except a pool that didnt work well. Very misleading.
