IMPORTANT: No Smokers as secondhand smoke can cause an asthma attack for the owner. This includes pipes, cigarettes, e-cigarettes, etc Should this rule be violated we will need the unit cleaned by a professional smoke restoration company and guests will be liable for the $2,500 charge.

This property is not pet-friendly. Any animals that are brought to the property will have a minimum of a $50 fee on their owner's bill.
General Damages
Please let us know immediately if something is malfunctioning so it can be rectified. All damages or missing items occurring during your stay will need to be paid for by you before departure. Cleaners check for damages and any missing items after each stay. Any damages or missing items can and will be billed to the guest.
Fire Prevention and Safety
Please do not leave any electrical appliances switched on when they are not in use, or when you are leaving for the day. This includes space heaters, air conditioners, fans, hair curlers/straighteners, and portable device chargers.

The space you are booking is for 11 people. More than eleven people are allowed in the home ONLY IF okayed by the homeowner before check-in. No one is allowed in the home not already specified before starting stay.
We may leave consumables such as S’more supplies, coffee, and small snacks for you to enjoy. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. However, ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.
If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

The stay at Lincoln Lodge was good. It just wasn’t the right fit for our family get together. There wasn’t enough room for the 11 of us to sit comfortably together to visit. We had 10 adults and 1 preteen. The cabin was clean, however if you plan to stay for a few night bring your own toilet paper as we only could find 3 rolls. It was extremely hot when we arrived but the property management was very prompt to cool it down. Beautiful view!

This is a very nice cabin with some excellent amenities. The foosball table and cornhole boards were a hit. We thought it had a ping pong table on the description but it did not have one. Overall the property is awesome. Very big and accommodated our 9 person family easily. Check in process was easy and it was a great experience for the family.

Property was clean, quite, comfy and had nice views from upper deck. Couches were really comfy, tons of stuff on TV to watch. I found a nice firm memory foam mattress on bottom floor for my picky back, Kids enjoyed the beds in loft. Driveway is steep and was a issue for my front wheel drive van with snow tires but me and my son were able to remove some packed snow with snow shovels they provided and made it up fine after clearing the packed snow and ice (wouldnt attempt without good snow tires during winter as it will snow again after they clear driveway). Received 6" of snow the last night and they sent out someone to clear driveway for us. Excellent stay and may return again even though I do not usually go to the same place twice, kids loved the skiing 2 mins away and the home. My wife didnt complain once while we were there, that is really rare.
