You will be staying in a beautiful architect-designed wooden house.
The apartment building is located right on the water, separated from the lake only by a lakeside path, and is in a very quiet setting.
The villa is situated on a hill.
The Seerose apartment is located on the first floor and offers a direct view of Lake Flaken. The living area is 90 square meters, with 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms.
You’ll find beautiful heated natural stone flooring throughout. You’ll sleep like a baby in the comfortable box-spring beds.
The kitchen and living area feature an open-concept design. The country-style kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances and invites you to cook. For the best coffee experience, there’s a fully automatic coffee machine.
All the walls are made of wood, creating a pleasant indoor climate. You’ll love it.
On the sun terrace, there are two garden chairs and a comfortable couch for lounging. In the small garden stands an authentic Finnish barrel sauna. It is electrically heated. The electricity costs are included in the utility bills.
Lake Flaken is very clean and ideal for swimming.
The swimming area is just a 5-minute walk away.
Our canoes and kayaks are available to you free of charge at any time.
You can also rent motorboats right outside the door—no license required.
Wi-Fi is also free to use.
Supermarkets such as EDEKA and Lidl are located in town. You’ll find good, traditional restaurants around the lock.
You can easily visit Berlin by taking the S-Bahn from Erkner.
