About this apartment rental
The spacious vacation rental on the first floor features a separate double bedroom, an open-concept kitchen-living area with a sleeper sofa (sleeping surface: 1.60 m), and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Enjoy the view of the Saar River and the Mediterranean-style garden with several seating areas.
The vacation rental and studio building is located in the quiet, idyllic heart of Kanzem, right on the Saar Cycling Trail. It was built in 2022 and has three stories. The first floor houses studio and exhibition/seminar rooms. There are two apartments on each of the first and second floors.
The small apartments are designed for 2 people, while the large ones accommodate up to 4 people. An extended family also has the option of booking an entire floor. The apartments are bright and filled with natural light. The furnishings are high-quality, modern, uniquely styled, and very cozy. A TV and private Wi-Fi are standard. Each apartment features a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The panoramic windows in the larger apartments also offer a view of the Saar River and an unobstructed view of the Kanzemer Altenberg vineyards.
Each apartment comes with a parking space right in front of the building. The large, quiet garden—with plenty of cozy seating areas—and the sheltered inner courtyard invite you to linger and relax. The train station is just a 5-minute walk away. Upon request, we offer various art classes in drawing, glass, wood, and stone (minimum of 5 participants).
