On the central street of the San Jaime Mediterráneo urbanisation, this magnificent house with a private swimming pool is located, on a single floor, whose privileged location provides excellent views of the sea and Son Bou beach, and is situated 5 minutes walking distance from the restaurant area, supermarkets... and 10 minutes from the beach.
It consists of a spacious living room that makes the common area of the house very pleasant, its glass doors favour the entry of sunlight and natural light, a spacious kitchen-dining room, two double bedrooms, the main bedroom has a private bathroom and independent access to the terrace with excellent views, a common bathroom and a games area with a billiards table.
It has air conditioning in the living room area and all bedrooms.
Its spacious outdoor terrace, covered and uncovered, with a barbecue area, allows for an alternative dining area on sunny days and starry nights, alongside areas that invite relaxation and tranquillity.
The swimming pool area with terrace and surrounded by sun loungers offers the possibility of fully enjoying the house's exterior spaces.

This is second year at this villa. It had been updated with new internal doors and cupboards in bedrooms which gave a fresher look.Kitchen equipped with plenty crockery, glasses, pans etc which was excellent.Good location just 10 minute walk to restaurants, bars, beach. Lovely views from balcony to the sea and witnessed some lovely sunsets. Hope to return next year.
On a busy crossroads which is sometimes noisy with traffic passing. Appreciate this is not something that can be improved upon, this would not discourage us from staying at this villa again.
