Occupancy: Maximum of 3 guests. Only registered guests are allowed on the property—no visitors, parties, or events permitted.
Pets: We welcome up to 2 dogs for an additional $40 per night (covers both dogs). Sorry, no cats due to allergies. Please keep pets off furniture and clean up after them.
Smoking & Vaping: Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the building. Guests may smoke responsibly on the balcony only.

Early check-in or late check-out may be available for $35, pending approval.

We really enjoyed the stay. It was in the perfect location in the heart of nulu. Everything was a short walk or uber ride away. Host was very helpful. The only complaint to be aware of it does get loud at night with the muoc from next door.

Guess VRBO is just not for me. Toilet flapper was broken and had to manipulate manually every time used. Obvious Stains on drawers below counter in kitchen. Not being from KY, television had no directions on how to find local news or breaking news. Murphy bed legs folded when I laid down on the front end of the bed. Finally got to the point where I was worried about staying there because I thought I would be charged for all the things that weren't working.
