Perfect location for a family reunion or multi-family vacation. 11 minutes from Balsam Lake, 7 the historical and quaint town of Amery, immediate access to ATV and snowmobile trails. Miles and Miles of horse trails. 12 miles from Turtle Lake Casino. Less than a mile from the mixup bar (the best hole-in-the wall for miles and miles). Ski out of the lower level - just feet from Balsam Branch Ski Trail. Perfect location for the Berkebeiner ski training and under a ten minute drive to Trollhaugen ski resort. Comfortably sleeps 20

This is an amazing home. For us the location is ideal. We found enjoyable things to do in four nearby towns. We had a large extended family gathering to celebrate several anniversaries and birthdays. Florida, Minnesota, Wisconsin and North Dakota were all represented. The hosts are some of the best we have ever encountered. Responsive with strong communication.
