Thanks to its proximity to the beach, the house is very popular with families with children, sailors, surfers, and seniors—as well as golfers, due to the excellent golf courses in Catalonia.
We offer you optimal living comfort across 160 square meters. From the living/dining area, you’ll enjoy a stunning view of the open sea and direct access to the terrace. Watch sailboats glide quietly by and cruise ships pass majestically in the distance.
Since the terrace extends completely around two sides of the house, you’ll enjoy sunshine from early morning until late afternoon.
The kitchen and two bedrooms are also located on this level. In the basement, you’ll find two additional bedrooms, a shower room, and a small covered terrace area.
