About this house rental
Make the most of your summer vacation in this gorgeous four-bedroom house, great for gathering friends and family, and full of outdoor and indoor possibilities. Located on a quiet street in a scenic area surrounded by trees and just minutes away from the best beaches in the Cape, as well as everything Osterville, Centerville and Hyannis have to offer. It is a dream Cape Cod retreat with your own private pool and hot tub.
There are two spacious en-suite bedrooms with king beds, one in the main floor and the other directly on the garden level with walk-out access to the beautifully landscaped garden, pool, pool house, and outdoor spa. The upper level hosts a guest bedroom with a queen-size bed and a fourth large bedroom that is perfect for kids or additional guests, equipped with a twin-over-full bunk plus an additional twin trundle bed.
This home has multiple living spaces and offers something for everyone. In addition to the main living and dining space, which has a gas fireplace and 65” TV, there is a separate sun-room with a game table and two reading chairs, overlooking the nearby pond, perfect for working, reading or and relaxing. In the garden level, there is a large family room with a 7-person sectional and another 65” TV, plus a ping-pong/air hockey table, fully equipped.
The house is equipped with zoned A/C and heating, smart thermostats, built-in speakers accessible via Wi-Fi, high-speed wireless internet and Cable Smart TV throughout.
As to the outdoors, the sky’s the limit: just outside the main living and dining space there is a spacious deck with a full 8-person dining table, a natural gas grill and a spacious lounge area, ideal for barbecuing and relaxing after a day at the beach. In the private backyard there is a large, heated swimming pool, lounging chairs, outdoor shower, a 3-person outdoor hot tub, and a pool house with floaties, towels and a fridge.
This home is the perfect spot for indoor and outdoor fun.

Amazing Stay!My entire family had the most enjoyable stay at this beautiful home! From the moment we pulled down the driveway and saw the beautiful hydrangea - in full, perfect bloom - I knew I would love this house. We were greeted by Ed and given a quick and helpful tour of the home. It was immediately clear that this was a well cared for home with anything a guest might need already anticipated.The yard and the pool area are truly perfect. We spent a lot of our time out and about, but when we were “home”, someone was always outside on either the deck or poolside. Inside is just as lovely with plenty of space to be together, as well as plenty of space to take a break from the family if you need it. The home is just as pictured, only better. Nick and Ed were excellent hosts and communicators. The neighborhood is quiet and the home feels very private. We loved the location too. We felt close to everything, but still tucked away from the crowds.I have only good things to say and sweet memories of our stay.

Everything from the communication before checking in to the check in process and stay was first class. The property is amazing. The yard and pool area are beautifully landscaped and maintained and the entire place was immaculate. It is a great location, close to the beach. The house has everything you need in terms of amenities. Looking forward to staying again.
