All we ask is that they aren't allowed on the furniture or left unattended in the the property without our prior consent.

There is also a microwave, 4 slice toaster and matching kettle, as well as all necessary crockery, cutlery, glassware and cooking utensils.
Dining Room
Featuring original beams, wooden flooring and a large oak dining table with 6 chairs, the homely dining room also has a comfy chair to curl up in in front of the woodburning stove. Bespoke oak bookshelves display a variety of fiction and children's books, maps, walking guides and magazines for use during your stay.
Living Room
Surrounding the lovely open fire are comfy leather sofas and chairs. Open up the coffee table and you will find a variety of board games, children's jigsaws and DVDs to help keep everyone amused. There is also a digital flat screen TV with Freeview, DVD player and super fast broadband connection.

Outside
To the front of the cottage there is a small self-contained sunny garden with table and chairs for eating out during the summer or enjoying your morning cup of tea!
There is a small back yard leading from the kitchen that has an outdoor tap/hose pipe for cleaning boots, bikes, dogs! etc. You can also use the yard to store small bikes and any other outdoor gear. Up a few steps to the left is a small garden area with bench that catches the morning sun. There you will find a washing line that you are welcome to use. Please note the grass area at the back belongs to the neighbours so, for obvious reasons, we ask that dogs only use the front garden.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire house and from and back garden areas.
